Customer Review:
Zigma5 is really good. I use their service in all of my companies. The phones came all set to go and the setup procedure was easy for my staff. Coming from a Mitel system, this has been far better.

The experts are that we required a screening service throughout after hours (6pm- 10am). We wanted to eliminate needless calls and the auto attendant feature  is great for that. They also provide a fax service called VFAX, but  from May 6,  2013, Nextiva totally changed their fax system. When I called to learn  what happened, their support team had no clue about the latest fax online  system modification, and obviously they were not competent about it. Their  technical support team said they would contact me in a short while when they found out how to work with this  new  system. Obviously that never happened.  May 6, is a Monday and Monday's are important in our business because that's when we take all of our faxed invoices from  our independent contractors. After  a week, MONDAY, July 15, 2013  and again, the fax system is not working. When someone call our fax line, they either receive a busy signal or it say's the line is disconnected. I  was on hold for almost 30 min trying to get connected with their support team and never got  through. Even last month June 19, the whole Nextiva System went down throughout the country.  Our phones stopped working and get functional until 5:17PM. Nextiva had no reason.  Unluckily, we showed our TV ads that week and our $500 TV commercial aired  that day and we could not even get phone calls. Consistently we telecast our TV  Commercial, our phones ring off the hook. On this specific day, possible customers could not even get through to us. So we requested that they refund the  $500 and unquestionably they said, "NO".

In the middle of May and July I have spent over 11 hours with IT.  They fix one issue , and 3 more issues  occurred .  Was said our phone was dead (NIC) was out.  We did a factory reset and reprogrammed the phone and it starts working now.  We had  to change our phone back in May with the similar problem.  We are still waiting for a superior to contact us to talk over all  our phone problems.  We have yet to hear from anyone.  Currently it's been going on 3 hours and I've had to contact them 3  times.  On hold with them right now.
